Treatment of confirmed asymptomatic Chlamydia trachomatis genital infection in individuals aged 16 years and over and the epidemiological treatment of their sexual partners.

Azithromycin (as dihydrate) 500 mg

Dosage:
16 years and over: two 500mg tablets as a singl dose with a glass of water before going to bed and at least two hours after food or any other drink besides water. If sickness (vomiting) occurs the tablets might not work properly, so professional advice should be sought Under 16 years: not to be used.
