A traditional herbal remedy for the symptomatic relief of coughs.

Dark brown muddy liquid with visible settling sediment containing in 5ml:
Black cohosh 5 mg
Ipecacuanha, prepared 6.5 mg
Lobelia 12 mg
Pleurisy root 12 mg
Scullcap 12.5 mg
Liquid extract elecampane (1:1, 21% alcohol) 0.075 ml
Liquid extract horehound (1:1, 21% alcohol) 0.1 ml
Liquid extract hyssop (1:1, 21% alcohol) 0.075 ml

Dosage:
Adults and the elderly: two 5ml teaspoonfuls 3 times a day. Children: not recommended.
